Sky Airtech offers a high-performance HVAC fan with advanced specifications designed for optimal airflow and efficiency. This fan features a 1,050 mm diameter and is equipped with 6 blades made from durable PAG material. With a pitch angle of 25° and a P5Z blade profile, it ensures effective air movement while maintaining energy efficiency.
At present we are doing projects on spinning, weaving, OE (open end) mills in textile industrials. Also we had done almost 20+ projects in this. Meanwhile we are doing more projects in this.
In addition to this, Sky Airtech now offers a power-saving nylon fan (PPG), which serves as a replacement for existing aluminum fans in H-plant supply and exhaust systems. This new fan technology can result in power savings of at least 15% to 30%, depending on the design of your H-plant. We highly recommend conducting a trial study of your H-plant to determine the most optimal solution for your specific parameters.
The fan operates at a rotation speed of 950 min-1, providing an air flow of 16,491 m³/h and static pressure of 1.05 mbar. It requires a power input of 0.89 kW, with a total efficiency of 63% and a static efficiency of 54%. This fan is designed for temperatures ranging from -40°C to 110°C and offers a maximum rotation speed of 2,183 min-1, ensuring reliable performance even in demanding conditions.
The fan’s hub has a bearing surface diameter of 110 mm, with a total thickness of 18/42 mm and an outer diameter of 326 mm. With a weight of approximately 3.6 kg and a torque of 8.95 Nm, this fan is engineered to deliver consistent performance and durability. The axial thrust is 119.6 N, and the moment of inertia is 0.22018 kgm², making it a robust and reliable choice for industrial applications.
This fan is ideal for applications requiring efficient air movement, such as HVAC systems, ensuring optimal airflow with minimal energy consumption. More than 80 units have been successfully added to various installations, demonstrating its reliability and efficiency in real-world applications.
